1. How do you make sure high pressure is no problem?

We have rich experiences in high pressure type mag meter manufacturing.

Our technical will do pressure test for each piece carefully during the production of the flow meter. Pressure test will be done with water in specific pressure and last for 10minutes to make sure no problem.

2. What are the output signals available in magnetic flow meter?

Q&T magnetic flow meter standard output signal: 4-20mA, pulse, RS485

Besides of them, if you have other communication required, for example HART/Profibus communication we can specially make for you. Regarding special functions of SD card, bluetooth also can be customized made.

3. What are the available connection ways?

Magnetic flow meter can be made in flange connection or union connection type.

Union type recommend to make in sizes DN25-DN100mm. Flange type can be made in DN25-DN250mm. Max pressure we can make is 42MPa. We can make different kinds of flange standards including ANSI, JIS, DIN etc. Other flange standards can also be made with detailed drawings.
