Which is widely applied in the measurement of natural gas, coal gasification, liquid gas, light hydrocarbon gas etc.

Working Principle

The flow sensor flow profile like the venturi tube shaped wire (below pic),

A group of spiral guide vanes is placed on the inlet side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the guide vanes force the fluid to produce a violent swirl flow. When the fluid enters the diffusion section, the vortex flow is affected by the backflow and starts to make a second rotation, forming a gyroscopic vortex precession phenomenon. The precession frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and is not affected by the physical properties and density of the fluid. The detection element can measure the secondary rotation of the fluid and the precession frequency can obtain good linearity in a wide flow range. The signal is amplified, filtered and shaped by a preamplifier to be converted into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and then sent to the microprocessor for integration processing together with the detection signals of temperature and pressure, and finally the measurement is displayed on the LCD screen. Results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow and temperature, pressure data).

Packing&Shipping

♦ Dn15-DN150 standard 3 layers corrugated carbon packing filled with PE foam inside and plastic film wrapped outside, DN200 and above adopt plywood box, all suitable for sea transportation.

♦ What about the delivery time?

Flange connection, we have DIN 16, JIS 10k and ANSI 150# flange standard in stock for all sizes, 5-10 sets could delivery right away in 3-5 working days, qty above 20-30 sets within 7-10 working days.

♦ What is the guarantee?

We offer 12 months guarantee for flow converter and 18 months guarantee for flow sensor.

♦ Will you dispatch engineer to install the flow meter?

Yes. we will dispatch engineer to do the service just based on the requirement of customers, but usually for large batch, and usually client do the installation by themselves. As engineer or technicians need pay for their salary.
