Introduction
LPG gas coal gas flow meter (also called gas turbine flow meter ) is one kind of precision measuring instruments which for gas measuring. This flow meter has the characteristics of low pressure loss,high accuracy,low initiating flow,anti vibration and pulsation flow resistance,widely range ratio etc. It could be separately used for gas that is clean,low viscosity,such as air, natural gas, LPG, methane gas, N2, Ar, CO2, CO etc.

How to choose a suitable flow meter for LPG gas coal gas flow measurement?

What are the notes need to be considered while making model selection?
1. What are the conditions not suitable to choose gas turbine flow meter?
1.1 The required flow rate exceeds the standard flow range of the gas turbine flow meter
1.2 Frequent interruptions, strong pulsating flow and other rapid changes in flow, such as fast opening/closing valves, the impact of quickly opening the valve will more easily to damage the impeller in the flow meter.
1.3 Hydrogen, oxygen, acetylene and highly corrosive gases
2. Determination of specifications
2.1 If the flow range of the working condition is known, directly check the flow range in the gas turbine flow meter flow range table to determine the specification;
2.2 Calculate the working condition flow range according to the gas supply flow range and medium pressure under the standard condition, and then check the flow range table to determine the specification . The flow range commonly used by the flow meter between 20% Qmax~80% Qmax is better
3.In order to choose a suitable model, please provide as more detailed information as you can, for example nominal pipe size, nominal pressure, required flow range, medium temperature and actual work site conditions etc.
