Description

Metal Tube Rotameter is a Variable Area Flow Meter. It consists of a tapered tube, typically made of steel with a ‘float’, made of SS or PTFE. It adopts full metal structure, which is with the features of small volum, low pressure loss , big range ratio(10~20:1),optional transmitter with HART communication function and installation and maintance convenient.It is widely used in various industries under the complex and bad environment, which is measuring the flow and controling the process to the small flow and low flow velocity, and all kinds of harsh conditions of medium.

Various Flow Directions

The meter can be configured for Bottom to Top, Bottom to Top Side, Bottom Side to Top, Bottom Side to Top Side and Bottom Rear to Top Rear.

Various Output and Display Options

4-20mA, pulse, alarm contact, flow rate display and total display are available.

Explosion Proof Enclosure

For signal output models, the user can choose ex-proof enclosure for hazardous environment.

Installed flowmeter should guarantee the entry ≥5DN straight pipe section，export straight pipe section not less than 250mm; if the medium containing ferromagnetic material，magnetic filter should be installed in front of the flowmeter.
