Five Key Points

1. Suitable model selection: Need to know min flow, normal flow, max flow of the tested medium, also the process pressure,temperature to choose suitable flow meter model then guarantee accuracy and safety.

2. Each set well calibrated before leave factory

3. Make sure well installation: Guarantee front & rear straight pipe line adequate & smooth, keep away from high temperature environment, avoid vibration & interference.

4. Managements: Keep maintenance & record,carry out calibration, flow converter data record at regular interval, etc. To guarantee the good accuracy.

5. Internal maintenance: natural gas always has impurites, sensor meed to be cleaned and check performance regularly, and keep record.

Precession Vortex Flow Meter Installation

● Keep away from the inlet & outlet flanges to avoid flow meter inner spare parts breakdown.

● Clean pipe carefully before installation,avoid any sundries inside the pipe.

● Installation position should avoid strong mechanical vibration, thermal radiation influence and strong electromagnetic field interference.

● Flow meter should avoid the area of flow cutoff frequency or with pressure pulsation or intensive pulsating flow, etc.

● Intensive sunlight and rain immerse will shorten the service life, so flow meter should install with the shelter while in outdoor.

● Keep the same flow direction as indicated in flow meter body.

● To avoid sealing fin and grease enter pipe cavity, flow meter and pipeline shall be installed coaxially.

● While apply with 24VDC power supply, reliable grounding is must, it is forbidden to have common ground with high voltage system, the welding system grounding wire is not allowed to connect with flow meter.
