Thermal Mass Flow Sensor uses the differential method to accurately measure the gas mass flow based on the principle of constant temperature difference. Thermal measurement is often used in industry and is widely used in the measurement of gas flow such as compressed air, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas, biogas, and carbon dioxide. Compared with general measuring equipment, thermal gas flow meters have good seismic performance and long service life. The sensor has no moving parts and pressure sensing parts, and is not affected by vibration on measurement accuracy.
